Tanya Atkinson

Tanya Atkinson is the founder and Managing Director of Younique Management, a strategic consultancy specializing in leadership development, succession facilitation, and business transformation for family-owned and rural enterprises across Queensland. 

Raised, mostly, in Quilpie, a small town in SWQ, Tanya’s early experiences, working behind the bar of her family’s pub at age 13, instilled in her a deep appreciation for community, adaptability and people's unique stories.  With over 22 years of experience in business, finance, and leadership, she has dedicated her career to empowering leaders and business owners to navigate challenges into opportunities. 

Through her podcast and professional endeavours, she continues to advocate for and uplift the voices of those living and building their dreams in the bush
